Mod de preparare:</h3>

Blatul de cacao :Separam ouale si batem albusurile spuma.Apoi untul se mixeaza pana devine spumos si incorporam galbenusurile unul cate unul,faina se amesteca cu cacaua si praful de copt apoi se incorporeaza si ea in crema de unt cu ou ,se amsteca apoi laptele, inainte de faina sau dupa nu are importanta si la final spuma de albusuri care se introduce treptat amestecand cu o paleta de jos in sus sa ramana aerata.</div>

Crema de cocos:se bate albusul spuma se adauga zaharul pudra ,cocosul si smantana pt frisca sau laptele de cocos.</div>

Ansamblam:crema pentru blatul de cacao se imparte in doua, turnam prima jumatate in tava punem crema de cocos dupa care cealalta jumatate din crema de cacao.Avem nevoie de o tava cu circumferinta de 24 cm ,tava rotunda.Dam prajiturica la cuptorul preincalzit 175-180 grade celsius pentru aproximativ 30 minute ....cel mai sigur incercam cu scobitoarea.....</div>

Preparam:</h3>
<div>
Aluatul: mixam untul cu oul si zaharul pana devine aerat ,pufos,praful de copt se adauga in faina si se cerne impreuna cu aceasta dupa care se adauga in crema de unt impreuna cu restul ingredientelor.Aluatul obtinut se pune in folie de plastic si se da la frigider pentru 30 de minute.</div>

Umplutura:se oparesc piersicile pentru a indeparta pielita .Se rup bucati sau se taie cubulete dupa preferinta se indeparteaza sanburii ;se pun intr-o tigaie impreuna cu zaharul si sucul de lamaie ,zaharul vanilat si se lasa la fiert .Eu am bagat mixerul verical in ele am vrut sa fie mai mult crema de piersici.Cand au scazut destul de mult se adauga si cornflorul amestecat cu apa ,se mai dau doua trei clocote si dam deoparte.</div>

Scoatem aluatul de la frigi ,impartim in doua ,o parte o intindem cu manutili din dotare in tava de tarta (in care am pus hartie de copt in prealabil doar pe fundul tavii)punem cremuta de piersici si desupra restul de aluat sfaramat(eu n-am reusit sa-l intind;(...)....Dam la cuptorul preincalzit 175 de grade pana devine aurie pe deasupra .....lasam la racut in tava si o scoatem cu grija pentruca este fragila ca sa nu zic sfaramicioasa....:)))</div>

Mod de preparare:</h3>

Se pune carnea de vita la fiert si se strange spuma in timp ce fierbe,se adauga sare piper putina ceapa si frunza de dafin.Sosul cu legume il obtinem astfel:punem in tigaie putin ulei de masline si punem legumele taiate cubulete pe rand intai morcovul ,ardeiul,pastaile ,ceapa si lasam timp intre ele sa se inmoaie ,caleasca ...adaugam pasta de tomate si apoi apa si lasam la fiert, nu uitam tijele de telina, dar nu sa se sfarme legumele la urma punem humusul boabe din cutie deja fiert si maslinele asezonam cu sare, piper dupa gust se toaca patrunjelul marunt si el va merge la final .Se scoate carnea din supa dupa ce a fiert si se pune in sosul de legume se dau doua trei clocote si luam de pe foc (daca mai este nevoie de lichid putem adauga un pahar din supa de carne).Orezul basmati se pune la inmuiat in apa fierbinte 5 minute apoi se clateste in multe ape.Calim o ceapa mica in cateva linguri de ulei de masline adaugam orezul scurs de apa .Eu folosesc un pahar de 200 ml pt a masura orezul si cantitatea de apa asa ca la fiecare pahar de orez am doua pahare de supa sau apa fierbinte.la mine au fost 3 pahare de orez si 6 pahare cu supa de vita fierbinte strecurata bine in prealabil.Punem sare piper dupa gust si jumatate lingurita curcum acoperim oala si nu ne jucam cu lingura in orez pe timpul fierberii.Focul este mare la inceput iar cand incepe sa fiarba orezul il dam la mic si nu deschidem capacul de prea multe ori...nu vrem sa pierdem aburii....cand incep sa se formeze gauri in orez deasupra inchidem aragazul inchidem oala ermetic cu folie de aluminiu,cu un prosop umed cu ce va este indemana si lasam la odihnit 15 minute.Se pune apoi orezul pe platou deasupra se toarna sosul de legume cu carne ....Se pot adauga seminte de pin prajite si patrunjel taiat fin..........</div>

Facem un aluat din ingredientele de mai sus,iese un aluat lipicios.Il intindem in tigaia unsa bine cu unt sau ulei.Ca sa puteti intinde ungeti mainile cu putin ulei.Merele le calim cu unt si restul ingredientelor mai putin scortisoara care se pune la urma.Cand sant molcute le tragem de pe foc si le punem peste aluat.Punem capacul focul trebuie sa fie la mic si stam cu ochii pe ea.....maxim 10 minute este gata verificati cu coada lingurii daca este destul de coapta pe fund.....;).Eu cand am scos am pus caramel si este bestiala.....</div>

Astazi puiul meu mare a implinit 14 ani ....greu frate, greu cu varsta asta....nu a vrut tort asa ca am hotarat sa facem ceva intermediar ;asa ca am facut un altfel de tarta cu blat pufos de ca de tort, crema de vanilie delicioasa ,caramel care nu are nevoie de nici o prezentare si o frisca vanilata ...planul era sa fie capsuni deasupra dar nu am mai gasit in magazinul din apropiere asa ca am insiropat blatul cu suc proaspat de mandarine.....</div>

<li>3 linguri apa fierbinte</li>

pentru crema:<br />

<li>400 ml lapte</li>
<li>2 oua</li>
<li>100 gr zahar</li>
<li>3-4 linguri cornflour</li>
<li>70 gr unt</li>
<li>2 linguri esenta de vanilie</li>
<li>sucul de la 4 mandarine pentru insiropare blat</li>
<li>250 ml frisca lichida +jumatate pahar lapte rece+100 gr budinca de vanilie praf cu pregatire la rece</li>
</ul>

Punem ouale cu zaharul la mixer pana devin albicioase si pufoase adaugam cele trei linguri de apa fierbinte apoi adaugam faina amestecata in prealabil cu praful de copt.Ungem tava de tarta cu unt sau margarina adaugam compozitia de mai sus si dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 175 grade pt 15 -20 minute....incercam cu scobitoarea sa fim siguri.</div>

Punem laptele la fiert apoi ouale le mixam cu jumatate pahar lapte rece si cornflor,cand laptele incepe sa fiarba adaugam compozitia cu ou mixat si amestecam continuu sa nu se prinda sau sa formeze cocoloase punem esenta de vanilie si mai dam cateva rotocoale cremei sa se parfumeze;lasam la racit intre timp punem untul la temperatura camerei in mixer si-l facem spuma adaugam lingura cu lingura crema de vanilie racitasi mixam pana obtinem o crema fina....Frisca se mixeaza cu laptele rece si praful de budinca pana obtinem o crema pufoasa ,aerata.</div>

Punem blatul pe un platou stoarcam mandarinele desupra,punem crema de vanilie apoi caramelul si la sfarsit decoram cu frisca ,deasupra puteti pune fructe confiate sau fructe proaspete cum am avut noi in plan capsuni dar nu am mai gasit.......</div>

Punem laptele la fiert, oprim doar 100 ml de lapte rece,adaugam zaharul .Laptele rece se amesteca cu cornflour-ul apoi se toarma peste restul de lapte fierbinte amestecam bine sa nu se prinda pana devine consistent .Adaugati apa de flori de portocal si apoi punem in cupe deasupra presarati cocos cu scortisoara sau fistic macinat si cocos sau bombonele pentru cei mici...sau orice va place........</div>

Popsicle nu este o reteta ci mai degraba un plus de racoare si arome care sa ne incante simturile in zilele toride .....Asa ca un simplu suc de fructe pus la inghetat poate ridica moralul si inviora simturile pe asa vremuri caniculare ....noi am ales astazi aroma zmeurei insa pan diseara multe se pot intampla cu portocalele din cos cu pepenele rosu si galben din frigider.......cu lamaiile si menta proaspata din gradina sau cu frunzele minunate de busuioc si cateva felii de castravete,visinele si ciresele proaspete companii placute pe timpul verii..............ei ce ziceti va tenteaza???????!!!!!!!!</div>

<li>50 gr ciocolata cu lapte </li>
<li>2 linguri nessquik</li>

Cojile de nuci: se mixeaza ouale cu zaharul pana se albesc ,adaugam untul topit apoi uleiul si faina amestecata in prealabil cu praful de copt.Vom obtine un aluat ca de tarta putin uleios.Eu l-am lasat in frigider si l-am scos pe bucati pentruca era foarte cald.Se formeaza bilute mici si se coc in forma speciala pe aragaz.Mie mi-au iesit 200 de coji =100 nuci.Deci daca stati rau cu rabdarica faceti jumatate din compozitie :)))))))))))))))</div>

Crema: punem 800 ml lapte la fiert pe aragaz impreuna cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat.Celelalte 200 ml se mixeaza cu ouale,adaugam faina si amidonul iar cand laptele de pe aragaz este fierbinte turnam usor peste el si mestecam continuu cu telul.Impartim aceasta budinca in doua parti una va ramane alba iar celeilalte ii vom adauga ciocolata topita cu jumatate din unt si praful nessquik.Jumatate din unt se pune in crema alba.Acoperim cu folie de plastic direct pe crema sa nu faca pojghita si lasam la racit apoi se umplu jumatatile de nuci si se lipesc.Aceste fursecuri sant delicioase abia dupa o zi ..........daca va tin nerviii :))))</div>

Intr-un castron se amesteca sarea cu coaja de lamaie ,aveti grija sa nu ramana coaja de lamaie ghemulete sa fie rasfirata bine in sare.Se deschide cuptorul la 100 grade ,punem sarea in tava pe hartie de copt si lasam in cuptor pana se usuca coaja de lamaie de altfel puteti observa ca sarea se va face ,,crumble,,da nu-i bai ca o sfaramam la urma :)).Timpul ar fi cam o ora si 10 minute(poate fi si mai putin,cand vedeti ca s-au uscat frunzele sau coaja de lamaie scoatei afara),puteti pune mai multe arome de odata precum coaja de portocala sau mandarina.....se pun pe randuri pe hartia de copt cu spatiu intre ele.Daca doriti apoi ca sarea sa fie fina o puteti pune in blendar si o desfiintati......:)).Cel mai bine se pastreaza in recipiente de sticla ,pentru cateva luni bune.O puteti folosi la carnea de pui,peste, branzeturi proaspete.....<br />
Cu aroma de telina-peste salata de oua,peste ochiuri la micul dejun.....100 gr sare de mare+frunzele de la o legatura de telina micuta... spalati uscati frunzele cu un prosop si puneti in cuptor 7-8 minute pana se usuca 180 grade nu le ardeti doar uscate sfaramicioase se amesteca cu sare si se depoziteza in recipient de sticla.<br />
Cu ierburi de Provence,cu rozmarin,cu frunze verzi de fenicul........aceeasi metoda ca mai sus.........<br />

Taiem dovleceii rondele si-i prajim in ulei incins, scoatem pe un servetel de bucatarie pt a absorbi excesul de ulei ,taiem doi catei de usturoi feliute si ii punem impreuna cu dovleceii intr-un castron cat sa se parfumeze.Punem cele doua felii de paine pe fundul vasului yenaturnam putin lapte peste ele si asezam un strat de dovlecei prajiti apoi punem putina mozzarela si iar strat de dovlecei,continuam pana se umple vasul ,ultimul strat va fi de mozzarela.Oul se bate cu condimentele si amidonul si se toarna peste dovleceii.Scuturam putin vasul sa poata patrunde putin oul si printre straturi si punem la cuptorul cu microunde la temperatura maxima 15 minute.Noi am picurat asa cate putina harrisa cand am scos din cuptor.Este perfecta grozav de de buna calda si la fel de delicioasa rece.Vasul meu este de doua portii generoase asa ca daca incercati pentru mai multe persoane dublati cantitatile.Sa aveti pofta!!!!!!</div>

Aluatul de foetaj se taie la dimensiunea tavii de cuptor ;se pune in tava,se inteapa cu o furculita pe toata suprafata apoi deasupra aluatului punem hartie de copt si o alta tava daca e posibil. Pe tava de deasupra se pune o greutate metalica sau jumatate de kg fasole uscate de care nu va folositi ,stiti voi ca la tarta ;important este ca foile sa se rumeneasca ca un biscuit ,nu va ingrijorati daca nu ies perfect nici mie nu mi-au iesit (se si vede dealtfel )Dam la cuptor la 200 grade.Dupa ce s-au rumenit se taie in doua fiecare foaie ,pentru a obtine patru randuri .</div>

Glazura: masurati zaharul si apa cu acelasi pahar ,un pahar de plastic de unica folosinta.Puneti impreuna la fiert intr-o craticioara si verificati din cand in cand; cu o lingura picurati pe o farfurie cand siropul are consistenta mierii de albine,luam de pe foc si punem craticioara deasupra unui vas cu apa rece de la frigider si incepeti sa frecat cu o lingura de lemn pana devine albicios ca in imagine punem peste ultimul stat al prajiturii care este din foaie de foetaj intindem uniform si facem dungi cu ciocolata topita impreuna cu untul ori la baie de abur sau in cuptorul cu microunde.apoi cu coada unei linguri va jucati deasupra cum am facut io :)) sau poate aveti alte idei si ma imbogatiti si pe mine :)).Se tine la frigider atat cat va tin nervii :))</div>

Aluat foetat ,foetaj sau cum vreti ideea e aceeasi aluat minunat bun la o groaza de dulciuri sau aperitive care atunci cand este facut in casa este o minunatie .Reteta este facuta dupa reteta unei prietene dragi Dia(Diaconta) pe care o gasiti cu retete minunate pe <a href="http://www.bucataras.ro/">Bucataras.ro</a> deasemeni am gasit aceeasi reteta pe blogul Amaliei un blog minunat si explicit......</div>

<li>2 galbenusuri</li>
<li>125 gr iaurt gras</li>
<li>o lingurita rasa cu sare</li>
<li>100 ml apa carbogazoasa sau 100 ml apa de la frigider+trei sferturi lingurita rasa bicarbonat de sodiu</li>
<li>2 linguri otet</li>

Pentru intins un fel de aluat doi:</div>

<li>200 gr unt la temperatura camerei(am incercat si varianta cu margarina la fel de bun)</li>
<li>40 gr faina</li>

Aluatul se obtine amestecand ingredientele de mai sus.Daca este nevoie mai adaugam putina faina sau apa astfel incat sa obtinem un aluat elastic nelipicios.Acest aluat il impartim in doua.Untul la temperatura camerei se amesteca cu faina si il impartim in patru parti cate 2 portii pentru fiecare foaie.Intindem prima foaie, care trebuie sa fie patrata,se unge cu o parte de unt amestecat cu faina si se taie ca in imagine,aducem patratelele opuse una peste alta in mijloc ,patratul obtinut se pune in folie de plastic si se da la frigider 30 minute.La fel procedam si cu cea de-a doua foaie.Dupa 30 minute scoatem aluatul primei foi intindem pe masa unsa cu ulei ca sa nu se lipeasca si punem a doua parte de unt cu faina,taiem foaia din nou ca in imagine aducem patratelele opuse la centru ,punem patratul etajat din nou in folie si dam la frigider pentru alte 30 minute,repetam operatiunea si cu aluatul celei de-a doua foi .Acum am terminat cu untul amestecat cu faina.Acum putem intinde foaie si coace foi pt cremsnit,prajiturele ,aperitive......eu aluatul l-am pus in congelator si l-am folosit abia dupa 2 saptamani.</div>

O reteta cu specific arab care poate facuta cu bulgur=burgul(grau decorticat, prefiert) sau cu orez ,arabii prefera orezul cu bobul lung de gen basmati sau yasmin,dar la fel de bune ies cu orez cu bobul rotund.Reteta poate o veti gasi sub multe nume precum ,,dawale,, ,,warak- inab,,numele venind de la frunzele de vie.......sau daca sant invelite cu varza dulce ,,malfouf,,.Oricum ar fi sant o bunatate care nu lipseste de pe masa pe timpul Ramadanului sau la sfarsit de saptamana in familie ori atunci cand sant oaspeti la masa .....eu nu sant cu ,,rabdarea,, la indemana asa ca gospodinele de aici ,care taie frunza de vita in doua pentru o sarmaluta de marimea degetului mic insa la gust au iesit la fel de bune....</div>

Pentru inceput puneti bulgurul in apa fierbinte la inmuiat cam 30 minute.Puneti apoi in sita si lasati la scurs .Intr-o tigaie caliti ceapa cu morcovul apoi trageti de pe aragaz si lasati la racit.Adaugati carnea tocata si bulgurul ,omogenizati si adaugati condimentele.Frunzele de vie se spala si se oparesc in apa fierbinte in care adaugati putina sare si suc de lamaie.Inveliti apoi sarmalutele ,puneti in oala puteti pune in mijlocul oalei osul de vita sau pui.Adaugati apa calda si putina sare dupa gust ,puneti o farfurie deasupra si lasati sa fiarba la foc mic.Dureaza cam 40-45 minute pe la mijlocul fiertului adaugati sucul de la lamaie .,,Dawale-le,,sarmalutele noastre de astazi se fier pana scad foarte bine sant delicioase calde si la fel de delicioase reci;se pot servi cu sos de iaurt si castraveti..........Sahten!!!...............Pofta buna!!!</div>

Asa deci incepem prin a praji carnea tocata in cele cateva linguri de ulei, sfaramand continuu cu o lingura de lemn.Cand este aproape maronie scoatem pe o farfurie.Adaugam ceapa taiata fin ,cand devine translucida adaugam si fasolele pastai taiate de un centimetru ;lasam 5 minute dupa care adaugam morcovul, telina, punem apa calda si lasam la fiert; dupa jumatate de ora adaugam si carnea tocata ,fasolea din cutie si pasta de tomate,condimentam cu cele mentionate mai sus sau cu ce va place, la sfarsit se presara patrunjel leustean si frunze de telina taiate marunt.</div>

Se amesteca drojdia cu zaharul si putin lapte cald se amesteca pana se topeste drojdia.Turnam peste faina adaugam si restul ingredientelor ,framantam pana obtinem un aluat ca plastelina pe care il vom lasa la crescut 30 minute.Intindem foaie subtire in tava si adaugam legumele pe care in prealabil le-am ,,aurit,, in 2-3 linguri de ulei .Adaugam peste legume la sfarsit sosul de gogosari si harrisa sau chilli poate fi fresh sau fulgi uscati.Branza se taie cubulete si se distribuie uniform peste legume.Dam la cuptorul preincalzit (200 grade)pana se rumeneste.</div>

Se amesteca drojdia cu zaharul si lapte cald pana se topeste se toarna peste faina cu restul de lapte si celelalte ingrediente; framantam, se poate va mai fi nevoie de putina faina,adaugam si uleiul .Vom obtine un aluat elastic ca plastelina .Punem folie de plastic peste castron si lasam la crescut 30 minute.Fcem foaie din aluat apoi o punem in tava de tarta.</div>

Crema de iaurt sau branza se amesteca cu zaatar-ul apoi un praf de sare plus oul batut ca pentru omleta.Punem crema obtinuta peste aluat si decoram cu ardeii taiati fasii subtiri.Dam la cuptorul preincalzit 175 grade pentru 40 minute .La sfarsit puteti deschide grilul de la cuptor sa rumeniti ardeii pe deasupra.</div>

Se mixeaza smantana pentru frisca cu pudingul ,laptele rece ciocolata alba si la sfarsit siropul de zmeura,crema obtinuta se pune in caserola ,tavita de aluminium ,in ce va place sau in ce aveti.....si la congelator cu dumneaei.Dupe fro cateva ore bunicele cel putin 3 o verificam,dar nu de tot ;)),daca e suficient de inghetata :))o verificam pana la capat :)))))))))Acum eu am impartit crema in doua parti o parte a fost cu siropul de zmeura iar cealata a ramas alba si i-am adaugat cirese de la congelator.Am pus crema intre doua straturi de biscuiti si sa nu mai spun ca nu a mai fost timp de foto frumos ca na cat sa reziste si ei ,,pisoii,,:))<br />

Se taie branza cubulete mici sau felii cum va place .......Se incalzeste uleiul de masline si adaugam coaja rasa de la jumatate de portocala fulgii de chili,dam o shfaraiala si apoi lasati sa se raceasca abia dupa puneti peste cubuletele de branza (eu am pus cat era cald si a topit putin din branza)adaugati menta taiata si lasati cateva zile la frigider ,daca nu aveti rabdare prajiti niscai paine si nu mai stati pe ganduri......:))))</div>
